What else is there to say?

You know very soon it is my daughter's birthday.

On the weekend in fact.

When we had our son's birthday my mother did not attend.

She sent an emotionally blackmailing message though ...

Today my grandmother rang me to say there was a package "in the mail" coming for her.

I wonder what note and new expensive desperation will come with my grandparent's gifts?

It is odd.

I know she thinks I poison my son's mind against her.

The only time has has spoken of her in ages was to ask if she would be somewhere:

"Gamma Bron at Nonno's House when we get there?"

"No"

"Why?"

"'Cause she is at her house!"

"Oh .. Ralf be there?"
