Smells like Teen Enlightenment

Just now I recieved some lovely art from a friend of mine. A fantastic little audio clip by what I can only assume is some Thelemites with an artistic bent - as well they might. Now it was lovely ... it is so refreshing to encounter some actual work - some art ,, I had almost forgotten what it looked like to my ears. Well here is some hoohah that seems right and you may enjoy ...
Now just recently I came to an intrigueing conclusion extrapolated from the quote that I can't quite remember in one of the Dune books where PMD makes the obviation that there exists nothing much between actually no I shall be precise:
"The convoluted wording of legalisms grew up around the necessity to hide from ourselves the violence we intend toward each other. Between depriving a man of one hour from his life and depriving him of his life there exists only a difference of degree. You have done violence to him, consumed his energy. Elaborate euphemisms may conceal your intent to kill, but behind any use of power over another the ultimate assumption remains: "I feed on your energy."

I have witnessed a fair scale hatchet job on the author of a website - Woman thou art God. I read the site disagreed with much of it as is my wont but loved the pictures and thought to myself and here is the essence of a great work. The artistic rendering of the personal truth between an acolyte if you will and their fixed adorations ... and sooo .... ???? Anyhow so then I see several roiling and moiling (moyle-ing?) about scholarship and the usual hoo ha and how they are against bad scholarship blart blart .. so I sent them a life line which I reproduce below. ONE person got the net by accident and sent in a dooeydad link about black horses appearing spontaneously between cut down trees ... my point here (if indeed I have one) is that the main problem that causes the generally poor level of postulants in the modern era is that so many of them have chain saws but could not recognise a tender fuck if it were forced on them under the guise of modern emancipatory life. *Shakes head*
Simply put there can be no good by evil means and they have destruction in their hearts but no spark to create anything new or beautiful. Pity for them ... but I have none for they choose their own hell and redefine it as paradise. Let they with happiness smile. What I said is below.

Greetings All
It strikes me that the problem with "scholarship" is that a "scholar" may be as conscientious as they please, footnote and quote every five words and still be "wrong". The latest "socially acceptable reporting
style" agreed upon by the "extended journalistic societies", still in truth, represent not much more than an agreed upon method by which their own thoeries may be presented for the "debating mechanisms" of
the same.
It strikes me that the problem with "art" is that an "artist" may be as conscientious as they please, express and elucidate their "personal truth" every moment of every day and still be "wrong". The most "personally acceptable" reporting style agreed upon by the "various selves" that make up the "one self", still in truth, represent not much more than an agreed upon method by which their own experiences may be expressed for the "satisfaction" of the
same.
The same here can be said of pornography, "rights movements" and virtually every other social jake we take seriously!
The similarities between the two modes are so obvious as to be constantly overlooked by those of either camp. The same can of course be said for the dangerous folly of attempting to yoke one way with another. We can perhaps console ourselves with the old notion wherein we remember always that what is between our selves and our "Godhead", should be treated with care as what it IS - rather than what we would have others know of it ... for whatever reason. Personal truth is one thing but it swiftly becomes another when displayed openly - however
unwittingly or honestly.
While alleigance to a way of life can be fun and make one feel most secure within the self imposed cage of logic, irrationality, reason, art, etc, and so forth - it is so much so more liberating to then smash said cage as a heresy when it's days as a conscious indulgence are waning.
It is one thing to ally oneself to scholarship and another to ally oneself to art ... and another again to ally oneself to scholastic art or artistic scholarship. As it has been said the Childern of Dawn and Dusk do well always to remember that their truths belong neither to Day or Night - but only to themselves.
Some excerpts to ruminate:
The First Children
Child Fathers and Child Mothers
The First Four became
Child Parents to us all.
*SNIPPETTY SNIPPETTY*
And it was such as these - small wisdoms of the Children
Ends of a line - too far apart
That in small wisdom could not see their Balance.
The First Sight is always Shock
And Shock precedes recognition
When Wisdom is Small.
Some of them were as the Light of the Stars
And some of them were the velvet behind and between
And Kin were they - though they knew it not
Who can tell of the Shock of First Sight?
Not I, for such Wisdom is
Forbidden to retell
And far beyond the smithing of Words.
Forbidden to tell
For Words beget their own
As People beget their own
As Places beget their own
And Actions beget their own.
Each begets their own for
The mixing of each is never seen.
Just as Wisdom and Shock are different
Are Day and Night different.
And yet mix they did
And Small Wisdom and Shock begets
Fear.
Unseen was this and yet it was
And felt
As Fear and Shock begets Action
But e'er since have Fear and Shock
Been unsaid.
And so therefore was that which
They did beget
A New Child - born to All
A Child with a Name
That Name was War.
This Child spoke not - but Acted
No Words but deed - and the First Act
Was the deed of Hate.
Who can say Why?
Who can say How?
Who could say Why?
None could
For this New Thing spoke no words
No Words to tell of
Just a Result to be Seen.
And the Two who were Two
The Four who were of One
The Four were without Words
As each struggled to Learn the New Word.
The Name of the Child of War
The Name of the Child
Of the Mate of War
The Name of the Child of War and Hate.
The Name came
The Name was Known
As each of the Two by Two
Looked upon their Children
Their Children who moved not.
The New Child's Name was short
But it's lesson was hard
And it's name was Grief.
And Grief was heartfelt
For those who rose not were
Still
And Silent
Dead smaller parts of the Four were They.
The Youngest
The Smallest
Always it is the weakest who fall first.
*SNIPPETTY SNIPPETTY*
You alone are the One of our Two
Our Two of the One.
Be Truly What You Are you must!
To be You - One of our Two
Will be to Shine as each One of Two
To All that Follow.
And each shall be Named
So Shock may not Reign.
*SNIPPETTY SNIPPETTY*
And to Each, that They were Named
As One was Told
Each to find their Other
And Each did find their Other
That their One may be Two
And that Two be One
To emulate the One
And Beget itself as a New One.
And so were We
*SNIPPETTY SNIPPETTY*
Second Times
So did We
The Children of Each
Know our Worlds
And Our Parent's Worlds
And the Worlds of our Balance
And the Worlds of Our Balance's Parents.
Each, in it's Own
Discovered the Gifts left for Them
By the One.
*SNIPPETTY SNIPPETTY*
And thus was the Void
Populated by Form.
Then, to the Centre of the Void
Came the Four
The First Four
First Amongst All.
For the First Time did the First Four
Gather to see what had been Done.
And a Great Silence settled over All
As long as Forever
As Fast as Thought
Then Broken as the Decree was Made.
The Decree
Children All!
Now You Stand
Each in Your Place
The World that suits You Best.
Tho' still Children
Kings and Queens, Rulers of All shall You be.
Remain You
Each in Your Place
Remain You
Each to your Task
And there will be nothing that you cannot Achieve.
Within your Dominion
Each in Your Own Way
Is Defined by Your Power.
And when
Each of You, in Your Way
In turn
Apply Your Powers
Then All shall be Remade
As it Should
In Power
Of Power
With Power.
But remember too
That Your Place is Your Power
Once You leave it
You are Nothing
At the Whim of All Else.
It has given me much over time.
Oh and for those who require such things: Scott Bisseker, A Tale of Creation, Brisbane: My Hand, 1997 and as it was written by me I guess that would further make it an artwork of sorts or at least part of my own intellectual and creative expression and copyrighted as before stated ... "made up by me ages ago so filthy mitts off" in other
words! *BG*
Or perhaps I might say that I find emulation flattering - however foolish it might be. If you want it ask and I will give you the whole screed and you can cast it about like a Johnny with appalling seed.
